THE SHARING FEAST MENU

Hand-finished maple boards laden with your choice of canapés and antipasti. Generous dishes filled with wood-fired meats of your choice, and beautiful vintage bowls overspilling with vibrant salads. Towers of desserts and British cheeses to devour. These are the makings of a Sharing Feast!

Paddock Farm beef meatballs with a sriracha and lime crème

Mini wood fired spiced cauliflower steaks v

The best chipolatas glazed in hoi sin and honey, then rolled in sesame seeds

FESTIVAL STYLE MENU

Sometimes we want the full shebang without the formality of full waiter service to the table, so why not opt for our Festival Style where your guests are served in front of our unique wood fired ovens!

We’re able to produce up to 150 wood fired pizzas per hour. Freshly made on site with our hand rolled dough.

PULLED PORK PIBIL BUN 

Cotswold pork slow cooked, then pulled in a poplar Mexican marinade.  Served with pickled pink onions and coriander, in a locally baked brioche bun.

Moroccan spiced chicken served with hummus and tomato & lime salsa

Slow roasted mixed peppers marinated in thyme with garlic aioli, English leaves and peppery rocket v
